Code of Conduct

On March 18, 2026, Methode’s Board of Directors approved an updated Code of Conduct. The updates to the Code were made to, among other things, strengthen its guidance on ethical behavior and reflect the One Methode transformation. The Code is designed to offer clear, globally applicable standards that reinforce a culture of integrity, accountability, and respect. Developed to align with leading compliance practices and regulatory expectations, the Code serves as an engaging, accessible resource for employees worldwide. It defines the expectations for how Methode operates as a trusted global organization and supports employees in making responsible decisions that positively impact colleagues, customers, partners, shareholders, and communities.
